In times of limited access to recourses it is important that people stand together. The Mjøs region is doing so by learning from each other and helping where needed. The idea is to use the experience in a collaborative way in order to lift the area to the next level. I had the opportunity to talk about team work which is one of the tasks needed in order to keep things going the right direction. At last it’s all about seeing the benefit of a open minded and generative behavior to preserve a healthy economy and a growth throughout the smaller cities around the lake that are struggling with different challenges. It is the same like in a team with individual sportsmen. Our athletes learn from each other, not by jealousy and resentment, but by humbleness, respect and the will to learn from each other. That separates the good from the best. Honor the good result of your opponent and you will be honored.
